| Initiation
Highlights |
 |
| |
During the initiation,
the goal is to provide a level set to
the Client sponsor and Team leaders. |
|
High level kick off meeting
provides an opportunity to communicate
the expectations of the entire engagement
to the client, including; |
| |
- Engagement Process Overview
- Detailed Discovery Requirements
Outline
- Readiness Assessment Overview
- Solution Design Overview and Objectives
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Logistics

 |
| |
Client Discovery and deployment
readiness assessment takes place . |
|
Information obtained during
the discovery is then turned into the
Solution Design, which will act as the
guide for the entire implementation. |
|
In the event that the
recommended process is not going to
be followed, a quick start discovery
will be performed and a risk document
will be presented to the client for
approval. |
|
Information obtained during
the readiness assessment will be used
to develop a comprehensive training
plan for the client. |
| |
Solution design is reviewed
and validated by a team of subject matter
experts |
|
Once the design is validated,
a detailed architecture review meeting
will be held with the client to ensure
concurrence. |
|
As a result of the above
actions, an implementation SOW can be
generated with a very high level of
accuracy. |
|
|
 |
| Project
Approval & Establishment |
 |
| |
Implementation SOW is
presented to the client. |
|
SOW will map back to the
solution design, providing clear expectations
of the tasks to be performed. |
|
Once the SOW is approved,
the implementation aspect of the engagement
begins along with the following supporting
activities: |
| |
- Project Baseline is established
- Change Management Process initiated
- Regular status reporting begins,
including issue tracking and resolution
- Client Training Plan is approved
and scheduling takes place

| Implementation
Highlights |
 |
| |
Software deployment as
defined in the solution design document
proceeds. |
| |
Customer support advocate
is assigned and begins to track installation. |
| |
QA check points take place
at a regularly scheduled interval to
ensure standards compliance. |
| |
Client training and knowledge
transfer begins. |
|
At 30% of implementation
completion, an architecture follow up
review and update takes place to accommodate
potential changes. |
|
Client validates all
work done in development environment
and approves production deployment. |
| |
Production deployment
takes place and performance is monitored
and tuned. |
|
|
 |
| Project
Closure Highlights |
 |
|
Solution is functioning
in production, performance tuning has
been completed and the details outlined
in the solution design have been validated
by the NuAxis QA team. |
| |
Client review meeting
is held to go over the installation
history and answer any questions. |
| |
Project is closed with
signatures from NuAxis PM and Client
Sponsor. |
| |
PM communicates closure
to sales team and identifies any additional
opportunities. |
| |
90 day post installation
check up is scheduled. |
| |
PMR analysis is performed
and reviewed with the client during
the 90 day check up. |
|
Recommendations for additional
training, adjustments to operational
procedures, and overall observations
are discussed with the client during
the 90 day check up. |
| |
Engagement Ends |
|
|
 |
| Documentation
and Knowledge Transfer |
 |
|
One of the most critical
aspects of any engagement is to ensure
that the client has understanding and
the capabilities to operate and manage
the developed software. |
|
The final delivery comprises
comprehensive documentation to address
system owners and end-users. |
 |
