Department of Interior, National Business Center
NuAxis has been awarded two contracts by the National Business Center (NBC) at the Department of Interior (DOI). We are supporting the NBC Customer Support Center (CSC) at their Washington, D.C. and Herndon locations. Our work includes Tier 1 call center IT support for end-users and a wide range of Federal and DOI systems and applications including FBMS. Through these contract awards, our work at NBC is expected to include all Tier 2 and Tier 3 onsite and remote support for NBC users located across the country. NuAxis will be responsible for the full provisioning, engineering, operations and administration of the current and emerging NBC desktop environment.

National Park Service
NuAxis provides a broad range of Information Technology services across a number of functional areas for the National Park Service, Office of the Chief Information Officer (NPS OCIO). We successfully provide Helpdesk Support, Data Center Management, Microsoft Active Directory Deployment and Management, Asset Management, IT Security and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Support, and General Microsoft Infrastructure Technology support including SCCM and SMS.

Bureau of Indian Affairs
As the lead subcontractor to Chenega Federal Systems (CFS), NuAxis supports BIA across numerous functional areas including: Helpdesk Call Center, Desktop Support, Private Branch Exchange, Network Services, Messaging Systems, Applications and Database Support, and Configuration Management. The CFS/NuAxis Team recently completed the successful Exchange Migration Project for the DOI Office of the Secretary.

Bureau of Reclamation
Under our Consolidated IT Support Services contract, NuAxis provides Information Technology support for BOR across multiple functional areas. This includes Tier 2 and 3 Support, Database Administration, System Administration, System Security Support, Technical Documentation, and SharePoint Administration.

Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation, and Enforcement
NuAxis provided web application and website development services to BOEMRE, which included supporting and modifying existing applications and developing over 20 custom applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and MS SQL. Our team also deployed an agency-wide Web Content Management System (WCMS) based on Ektron CMS400.NET and managed an in-house Web Application and Website Development Team.

Bureau of Land Management
Serving as the prime contractor, NuAxis provides IT Security Support Services to BLM to include comprehensive Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and security training services. With support staff in Boise, ID, Phoenix, AZ, and Washington, D.C., our staff provides information system risk management, risk management documentation support, policy development and governance support, and training development and governance support.
As a subcontractor to a la rge system integrator, NuAxis provided technical support to BLM including enterprise design and development for Microsoft technologies including SCCM 2007, MOSS 2007, SCOM 2007, SEPM, Active Directory, PKI, Windows Security, and MS SQL support.

United States Department of Agriculture, National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS)
NuAxis provides technical support services to implement changes to the Enterprise-Analysis, Comments, Estimation, Review (E-ACER) system to meet agency Operational Efficiency goals. As part of this work, we introduced Agile Scrum Development Process to ensure timely delivery.
